Who can register for the ICCASkills programme? 

ICCA members and non-ICCA members. 

  • CICS course: suitable for junior professionals and graduates. 
  • CICE course: suitable for higher-level executives with 3 years of management experience and CICS graduates.

What format will the ICCASkills programme be held?

The programme is available in online, hybrid, and in-person formats. Please visit the CICS page and CICE page for available intakes. 


What courses do you offer?

How much is the course fee and what does it cover?

Please find an overview of the registration information and fees here. The registration fee covers your participation of the course, textbooks, access to the eLearning platform, and 1 free exam attempt. 


Are there any discounts?  

We offer 10% off discount for an online group of 10 pax or an in-person group of 15 pax from the same organisation.

How can I pay for my registration fee?

Payment of the registration fee can be made by credit card and iDeal. Bank transfer is only available upon request and approval and must be paid within 14 days of receipt of the invoice or before the course starts, whichever commences sooner. 

Please note, the enrolment is only considered finalised when the full payment is received. Course materials and access to the eLearning platform will only be provided once the enrolment is finalised.

Is it possible to defer, transfer, or cancel my enrolment?
